The Honey-Don't List: Quick Review

I really loved this. It was a quick read with good banter, a believable story, and people with real problems. I'm glad to see this writing duo back with another knockout. 5 star read for me.

Shadow Flight: Review

First I want to say how much I loved this book. I love the story and the characters and their development and their brutal honesty. I loved revisiting characters I have come to love. However, this is not an easy book to get through, but necessary. There are a LOT of adult themes in this book and if you aren't prepared for it, you won't get through it. It is not an easy romance novel you can just whiz through. However, this was so necessary for this canon and I applaud the author for taking on these BIG issues. Another knockout book in the Shadow Riders series. I look forward to the next book.

March and April Wrap Ups

I read quite a bit in March and April Lots of great books and plenty of ARC's in there which is awesome! You can see my reviews for all of these over on Goodreads.  What was your favorite read from March and April? Happy Monday All! Bethysbook

The Joys of Re-reads

I know I'm not the only one who enjoys re-reading favorite books/series.  Especially during this quarantine period, I'm looking for books that make me smile, bring me comfort, and remind me of better times.  I started a reread of the Artemis Fowl series at the end of April. So far I have finished the first two books. They are easy reads and enjoyable to an adult audience as well. I'm looking forward to the Disney movie adaptation coming out June 12th straight to Disney +.  Some of my favorite books/ series to reread are: The Princess Diaries Book 11: The Protector of the Small Quartet: Lora Leigh's Breeds series: Shadow Series by Christine Feehan: First 3 books pictured here The Bridal Quartet by Nora Roberts: The Mystic Bayou series by Molly Harper: What are some series you love to re-read/listen to?  Do you find yourself re-reading/listening to alot during this time? Happy Friday, Bethysbook
